This is the drafting table I use when working on oversized pieces. It's a decent size, about 32" X 48". It no longer has the bars for the sliding rulers or anything. Just a nice, big flat surface...

Ah the wooden backed chair, torture device extraordinaire. Sitting in that for long periods must have motivated you to... think of ideas and draw them real quick so as to get out of that damn chair as soon as possible.

I wish I had more space! That table takes up a lot of real estate that could be used for something else. I used to keep the table in the garage when I lived in Florida, but it gets waaaaaay too cold where I live now to be able to use it out there.

I have one question, how do scan something that big?? I don't think I have seen a scanner that can scan paper that size.

Most of my artwork is never scanned. I may take photos of some stuff, but most of it is just drawn and sold. Technically, only the anthro artwork is ever scanned, and even that is infrequent.

I picked this up at a neighborhood-wide garage sale many years ago (down in Florida). The flat desk I bought a couple years ago from my neighbors (who were moving to Alaska of all places), and the armoire was originally the property of my great uncle and great aunt.

SAdly as I've not been drawing for a while now it's collecting an unusual assortment of thing loving referred to as The Heap
