She is complete. A drawing I've tinkered with over the last few days.

This is my character Cybela going for a dive in the ocean. A drawing I
did to enter a giveaway on facebook. The rule was to draw,or write or
make something with a dragon in it. It had to be a new drawing or whatever
after the giveaway was started. I posted it a bit ago on the post they
had,so hopefully I'm entered now. The time frame to do an entry are till
the 22 of March. So I have a bit to wait to see the winner picked.

I've been wanting to draw Cybela more,and this gave me the inspiration
to do this. ^_^ So I'm happy about that. I'd previously only had one
drawing of her.
