Nope. Gesundheit is German for "health". It's like saying "bless you".

How funny, I have a habit of saying "Gesundheit" instead of "Bless you" since I'm currently in German III (well for last semester).
I kinda blame my German teacher, yet she makes everything fun in the class, German is awesome and I love it. :3
