Another character, and as the name hints, she's Solstice's little sister.
You may have guessed by her design that she's a sniper character. That's true, but she's also a close-up fighting character, where she has a really ridiculously overpowered ability, even if her strength is nowhere as mighty as her sister's, it does give her an big advantage over such brutes.
Let's just say, it's the same ability that let's her shoot that 50 mm anti-tank artillery sniper without flinching or be knocked back by the knockback at all.

50 mm Anti-Tank Sniper Rifle with options single shot with higher force, or semi-automatic with lower force, additionally it can be switched to a high-power energy blast or beam. A real monster that is.
But it is not Recoil Safe. If you had fired that thing, most likeley it would have flown out of your hand, and you would be meters away from where you stood.
It's an ability she has, which I call Sturdy Stance. It allows her to stop physical forces done against her, like the recoil of her rifle. But she can also use the abailty to stop a heavy punch from the biggest brutes, even Thori to some degree.
For example, if she plants her feet hard on the ground, and hold her hands out and flexing every muscle in her body, she can stop a speeding bullet train at max speed, like if it hit a solid metal wall.
But it is not Recoil Safe. If you had fired that thing, most likeley it would have flown out of your hand, and you would be meters away from where you stood.

They reason I asked that question because I'm a ice elemental type myself, plus I love to use all real magic as well?

Well, to answer your first question: No.
Well, I wouldn't necessarily call her evil though, she's more of a mercenary and an assassin, taking paid for killing targeted people, and being a bodyguard.
Her abilities aren't exactley what I would call magic, they are more like superpowers, and no, she has no elemental based powers, her powers only works as buffers for herself, like Heavy Stance, which almost nullifies any physical force done against her, like stopping a punch from one of the strongest characters in the story she will appear in. She can also stop a speeding bullet train dead in it's tracks, like if it hit an unyielding steel wall.
