In case you haven't been able to tell already, I'm a big D&D player... and one of my favorite races is the Illithid (also known as the Mind Flayer).
So just for the hell of it, I drew myself as a Illithid (with my cat Muse sitting atop of my head and looking really annoyed.)

It might be kind of hard to do it with a Mind Flayer. They might just end up eating your brain.
They're pretty powerful characters... though they have a really odd level-adjustment, which makes it sort of difficult to play them as characters, unless you're doing a high level campaign.

They are like hobgoblins if I am right. Kill them
Then they float about the room or teloport of you(evil basterds)
suck your energies fling objects at you.

In D&D there was really only one we encountered. We were in an abandoned Mind-Flayer city, and one of them is left and it's still milling around (one of our player sees a shadow, which is the Mind-Flayer). So our healer decides to be an idiot and wander off by herself. Then of course, she's killed by the Mind-Flayer. XP
