The character is my MLP OC Kelpy transforming into (Or maybe from) her true form, while underwater. Took 8 hours. Mostly on Kelpy's mane XD
I only scored 20th out of 60 places, but that's still better than I was expecting, and there was some amazing peices. Truly a great contest.
