When I heard tff's new theme I had to make an oc for it. I decided to base it off of classic disney character. I named him spats after the main antagonist from Some like it hot. The suit is going to be classic toon style (outside my norm) and completely black and white. I am also changing the shoes to feet paws but keeping on the spats.
