Obviously, this is not a furry image. Sorry.
This is also NOT a photo. Although it was drawn while using a photo as reference.
Absolutely no tracing involved. Photoshop was used solely as the paper for drawing on with my Bamboo pad and stylus. No fancy PS effects were used.
I'm posting it on FA just to show that I have indeed been working on art for the past 3 years. I estimate the total time working on this to be about 160 hours.
My parents, or rather my father and stepmother, are always giving. Giving everything -- time, love, energy. To everyone around them. I, for one, can never adequately articulate how grateful I am to them. I wanted to give them something back. Something with worth, that would last.
I don't think that I will be doing another still life piece for a long, long time. Its too time-consuming. I just want to go back to what I truly love to do, which is draw cartoons and anthro.

Please forgive me for that comment, as I should have said it was the bands of color on the rounded surfaces which are characteristic of digitally colored images which indicated to me that the image was NOT a photograph. Still, it's remarkable work, and I feel that if I could learn to create images like this, it would improve my computer generated art a hundred-fold. Just keep up the great work.
