Hellcat's very versatile. It's got the full kit: superior strength, speed, reactions, toughness, and a lot of custom limbs and modules. It can even swap bodies to be of a different species or gender. I made the character so I wouldn't have issues changing things around as I felt like it. :)

What inspired her? The knowledge that I couldn't stick to a single character for any length of time unless I made the character easy to change around without having to come up with contrived explanations or "magic". Since I like robots and androids I made Hellcat one (so I could change the look at will), and mashed up big cats and mountain goats, two animals I like, to come up with the look.

Hooves and horns, mostly. The horns are way easier to see on the male. They originally had more goat-like aspects, but I ended up paring those down to make them easier to draw. :)
Hellcat is neutral. :P They got multiple bodies to choose from, and they flip genders as the story/picture demands, which is why you can see both male and female versions scattered across my gallery. I tend to refer to Hellcat using a neutral plural, or as "it", depending on the mood.

I've RPed the Hellcats on occasion, but their main story is still pretty much just in my head. I sometimes put snippets of them in the descriptions of pictures, like in this one. I do write, even though none of it has featured the Hellcats so far. I'm planning on converting a RP log including the female hellcat I have kicking around here into a story sometime soon.
