There are a couple of things I wanna point out in this picture that I think could be improved.
The position of the arms/hands seems very uncomfortable. I tried putting my arms in the same position, and it hurt like hell :P I would have straightened his arms out a bit, put his hands lower, nearer the tail, and crossed them over a little. That way he'd still be similarly tied, but not in pain :P.
His head is also something I'm a bit worried about. It looks like it's on backward, and if he's turning to face the camera, I can't see where his shoulders are to judge whether he'd be able to turn his head like that. Looking at his arms, it seems like the head should be turned the other way (3/4 right, not 3/4 left). I don't think you can turn your head more than profile without moving your upper body too.
Apart from that, it looks fine.

Maybe my arms are too flexible ><. I could get my arms into that position just fine... however with the pudge there it might be a different matter. Still, CJ, the target in the pic, didn't seem to mind n..n
Yar, I wasn't happy with the head, but felt it was ok enough to let through. And you're spot on, it could to with tilting into the pic right. General anatomy is still something I need to work on.
