Yeah it took me almost 2 years to find a job -.-
Once applied to Best Buy as a computer sales associate which I would've absolutely
love to have had. I was so excited to receive a call from a girl that said she would
be looking forward to seeing me for an interview. Then, few days later, I show up
and sure enough there she is, but then I go to have a meeting with the "Hiring Manager"
and after 5 minutes, the "Hiring Manager" says (I'm paraphrasing but this is the
general gist of what she said) "You don't have any experience so you're not good
enough for us. Maybe if you find another job somewhere else and come back in
a year, then we'll consider you."
I was just like... Really bitch? I know for a fact that I know more about those computers
than half of those other computer associates there who need to carry around with
them a binder of information on certain computer components to know that an
i3 processor has 2 cores while an i7 has 4 cores or how to tell if a computer has
USB 3.0 or USB 2.0 (seriously I've seen some of those binders in their hands. It's
mind boggling to me how they would be given a job and know nothing about computers
yet someone like me who knows a lot about computers could do a helluva lot more
good.

Well the girl that called me seemed genuinely pleased to see me n' such. Guess I've
must've done well on that stupid 100 some questionnaire online a lot of places like
to have their applicants take. I was feeling pretty good about this and then I was
taken to the offices where a different lady was there to interview me and yea,
that's what happened. I'm never applying there again. Not unless that woman is
gone. :/
