True Story:
There is a former Twinkie bakery in Cleveland that is now part of a large independent bookstore. Several years ago, you could go to this back area where the Twinkie filling was still sitting in a pipe. One could open a tap and eat Twinkie filling and allegedly not get sick.
I wouldn't try it myself. Even fresh, Twinkie filling isn't a sought-after treat for me.
