Haha wow thank you! C: You've made all flattered now! Short hair is definitely the way to go, in my book! I shaved my head a couple years ago and I've never let it get longer than 3" since, unless it was in dreadlocks. It's so comfy short!

Ooooh! I used to have a sun conure named Sparky; he looked just like Ember.

They are such delightful birds, so cheerful and friendly and beautiful! These pictures are making me nostalgic. ;o; Birds are so incredible.

Sun conures are AMAZING! I've lived with many birds, but I've never seen any act as cuddly and playful as a sun! C:

Haha, yeah, ours was really affectionate too. He would give kisses and snuggle ;w; He would also play dead (roll over onto his back) when you pointed a "gun" (thumb and forefinger) at him and went BANG Sparky BANG! Soooo cuuuuute aaaaa I want another bird.

Ahhhh what a smarty bird he was D: How did you teach him that?!

Haha, I think it was my sister who taught it to him, actually. I think her method went like this: 1. Point gun at bird and say "bang!" 2. Gently flip bird onto his back 3. Give him a little treat like a seed or what have you 4. Repeat until he does it on command. It's pretty adorable the way their feet stick up when they lay on their backs. D'awww.

I wonder what other tricks can be taught to birds...Sparky would hang upside down from a finger and 'kiss' your nose, but we didn't really teach him that. :P

Yeah! It's not difficult at all. I'm not very experienced with bleaching/dying, but I did them the same as the rest of my hair and they all turned out matchy matchy :D

you don't burn your skin off? i thought you couldn't put it on skin.

I've been rubbing it into my scalp and face since I started bleaching back in the beginning of April, and I haven't had any problems! Maybe I'm just lucky though, as I hear people complaining a lot about burning from bleach. Lucky me :D

I use this herbal essence stuff that I find at Target. It comes in the dumbest box ever, but does the trick!

i just used herbal essence dye on my hair a few days ago. didn't do a lot, but then again dyes either lift or deposit, not both, and the box stuff tries to do that. according to a friend who's a cosmetology student. it just gave me a tint, which is still pretty.

but the conditioner they give you is sooooooooo nice! *fluffs hair*
