I'm not sure precisely what these mineral specimens are, and while I could do a few tests to determine their composition that's mostly beyond my capabilities at the moment. xD
If I had to guess, though, I'd say that they're quartz with sprays of tourmaline and/or rutile in them. I do know they're out of Pakistan, though!
