Long overdue commission for Tobio.
Looks like he wrangled the fluff monster, collared it, and is now trying to steal a kiss from it. Little does he know, getting this mutt to accept a kiss is like pulling teeth from an angry orca. Though she seems to steal kisses willy-nilly whenever she roams free.

Heh. It sorta looks like he's trying to cop a feel too. She totally needs to go on a diet, since it's a little tough wrapping your arms around her.
