Vest? Check. Kilt? Check. Ready for a night on the town.
I was at TFF 2014 this past weekend and I got something from 
Donryu. This buff fellow is my martail, Justin, an alternate character that, yes, has arm-mouths. While I was in an f-list room, I kinda solidified his clothing as kilt and leather vest. Simple, shows off his physique and allows freedom of movement. So here he is!
