
This breed of canary begun it’s appearance after WWI, by a woman named Mrs. Rogerson of Cheltenham, Gloucester who thought that all things small are beautiful. She didn’t like the ‘unorganized’ look of the Crest Canary feathers, so opted for a bowl cut, apparently.
