On the reverse side of things, I generally block anyone who is solely into permadeath in vore.

Already knew he was an asshat by the stuff he posted on Eka's. This just drove the point home.

You kinda can't expect people to be okay with permadeath in one of these unless it's stated at the start of the tournament that everyone that loses throughout the course of the tournament agrees never to use the defeated characters again in any capacity, on their own pages, in roleplays, or anything else. And that's never going to happen.
