This pic commissioned from  jaeh by  train is inspired by Part 3 of the "No More Tears" trilogy which I will be writing.

This scene takes place during a conference being held that's attended by BOS operatives all over the US and the world, as well as a number of National Heroines. Here, BOS Chicago director Atomic Ape has run afoul of Ranger, Mother Russia, Morningstar, Akula and Combat (the reason Ranger is wearing that particular outfit will be explained in the story). The ladies aren't happy with him leering at them and Combat is especially pissed since one of them is his girlfriend and Atomic Ape is apparently looking to get knocked flat on his...ahem...monkey ass. And it won't be the first time, either.

Also, there's the matter of the banner which, in all likelihood, didn't say "Welcome Atomic Ape" initially, but underwent some creative editing courtesy of Atomic Ape's matter-rearrangement powers and massive ego.
