Storm is Thowra's older half-brother, and unlike Arrow, he's completely loyal to him. Sadly that's pretty much all that can be said about him. KInd, silent and overall really boring, Storm never really did anything other then just being there.

Nah, not as an anthro. The Silver Brumby was an australian cartoon about wild horses (Brumbies) and was abig influence on me as a kid, for various reasons. I mostly drew horse anthros back then, and to this day remain one of the few who drew anthro fanart of this show. Here, the opening:
