I like what you critiqued about it being a bit too complex, but in what way?

I think a concise solution to this would be the word choice on the subtitle and just the choice of the font style along with its embedding choice.

Sure. I'll get better as I enjoy my logo designing activities in the future. :)

A good bit of my Zelda fan-logos are indeed over-the-top. I'll have to keep it more functional and not overly detailed.
