How about the one on the bottom right. Is he also a master of Taijutsu like Rock Lee with the difference being that your character is maxed out in everything else as well like Genjutsu, Ninjutsu, Kekkei Genkai, Sealing Jutsu and Senjutsu? And can he mix Naruto's Rasengan with Neji's 128 Trigram Strike technique to create a barrage of Rasengans to his opponent? Lastly, can he take down the full force of the Nine Tailed Fox demon without showing any effort?

They are all moves on the anime cartoon Naruto. Basically all the really good ones. Neji's 128 Trigram Strike technique is the fastest with most stirkes, Naruto's Rasengan is the most powerful and is like a fireball, and the Nine Tailed Fox demon is the greatest most dangerous being in the world with the highest chakra or ninja magic. The first six things I mentioned are all the six styles of fighting in the cartoon, game, manga and movies and most of the characters rarely have the time or ability to max out one of them never the less all of them. Such a being would be like a demi - god.
