Yeah. I can eat other. But trainer recommend at least should to have at least 6 boil eggs per day. White eg is good to produce muscle and it is a cheap one too.

And it is good for breakfast I can take it outside and convenience to bring them too. It will not leave anything when I eat it all unlike lunch box that still have a box.

The one I know he ate it for 10 and if I can weight training harder, my muscle bigger. He said I have to ate at that rate too...
