Species name: The Eaters (often called an "Eater" or "Eaters")

About them:

They are a Demonic Type of Human, they will eat anything that's a living thing such as Other Humans, Cats, Dogs, Wolves, Tigers, Deer, etc. (even if it's dead). Which is where they got the name "The Eaters."

Their normal eye color is red or when their in a killing mode their eyes are red, the color changes to black whenever their sad, angry, rage, etc.
Their blood is a very dark red, their tears are often red or black.
Their fingers are sharp blades, their feet are made that way because they can pounce on their prey and it makes it easy for them to climb up walls and such.
Their tails are made of a type of metal, its not "fur" at all although it looks like it. Their tails are very powerful tools for smashing things with it.
The eaters are taller than a normal human.
The Males (on the left) Have three metallic spines sticking out of their back, their taller and more aggressive than the females are. They often fight each other to see who's the "top of them all". They often fight/kill with their claws more than their tails, their tails are longer than the females. Their "roar/scream" is much darker and eerie than a females.
The Females (on the right) don't have spines sticking out of their back, they are less aggressive and shorter than a male. They are more social to each other, the females use their tails more than the males in fights/killing prey. Their tail are shorter than a males but their tail is alot stronger than a males. Their "roar/scream" is much more high pitched and screechy.
They will not hunt/eat their own kind unless they kill the other one in a fight or challenge. Their eyes glow in the dark. They are more active at night.
They may look like a killing machine, but really they don't actually kill things on purpose. When they see a human running in fear or an animal they "think" their playing a game of chase so they tag along, usually killing them on accident/not knowing.
They are actually really curious and usually get into things, they dont have alot of knowledge of the human world. They don't come off as aggressive as other say they do. Some are very nice, just don't catch them in a hungry mood.
They're scared flashing lights such as, cop cars, or even building lights or cameras, or lightning. They also can't swim, since their tails are metal it makes it easy for them to sink and drown.
They can talk in their little "growl" language, but they can understand the human language, they're also slowly adapting to the human language aswell. Kinda like a baby learning to talk.
They are curious and shy, unless you make them mad then your a gonner.
Their clothes and hair are not always like that, they can wear any kind of clothing and have any type of hair, i just chose to make them look like that because it was easy for me.
Their mouth isn't really that wide, unless they want to show all their teeth or smile.
Their teeth are razor sharp

Location
They are often Found in Dark places, such as Abandoned houses, alleyways, Deep in the forest, Somewhere
where they're not noticed.

Mates
Not all Eaters are attractive to the opposite gender, and some don't like no one at all. If you were to lock two together they are most likely
to kill each other in fights.

Understanding Humans
They are very curious towards human's and their creations. They can understand some things in their language but they dont know how to
Talk in the language. Although Curiosity gets them into trouble, they find no trouble in it. They do see guns and weapons as threats.
Flashing lights easily scare them because of their eyes being used to the dark places.

Diet
Although it may seem they only eat meat, they can eat other things besides meat. But Meat is mostly their favorite.

Keeping as Pets
They're very curious so they will often get into things including your things.
They have a bad immune system so they easily catch colds and such.
Since their teeth is sharp they will sometimes go through a teething stage every once in a while, when that happens
hide your belongings because they will chew on anything.
They have no knowledge of human things, so they will often freak out over things.
They will slowly adapt to the language when hearing you talk, such as repeated words. Like a baby learning to talk.
But upon doing so they can become highly annoying repeating one word until they learn another one. Some are fast learners
some are slow.

Getting one
If you approach one that is hungry or very pissed off then,
You'll either be a lucky one that they didn't shred to pieces, or become lunch.
Or you'll get your arms and legs full of cuts and bite marks from them.

I put "Metal-blahblah" because the original "Eater" had the metals on them, but i changed that up a bit.
