Oui, c'est genial!
No, not really.
I wouldn't be surprised if they have at one point illuminated the Eiffel Tower with pink light, but not in this pic. It's a simple color overlay.

Sort of an ochre/eggyolk/sahara/curry/taxi type yellow... I think...
