Starling looks like what I'd consider a "Friendly" version of Diamond Tiara. She's like the Diamond Tiara that could've been, if she wasn't allowed to be such a meanie.
I like the work you did with the eyes. The color is really neat and the way you blended it is definitely true to the show.
Oh, and as for poofiness, I don't think you could make that diaper any poofier without it being so bulky that Starling could barely waddle in it.
Nice pose, too. It's always fun seeing how you pose the ponies.
