This was made by  ray670 and I have reason to post his history now.

OC History: Sol is born from a Extinct clan of dragon blooded Zoroarks, he had Fled from his home when he had reached adulthood at that time (which is 18 years old) because his clan was making the wrong decisions which led to them being wiped out. He had gone from Region to Region in search of peace and a place to call -his- home. He had settled down in the Johto Region atop of MT. Silver and claimed it as his territory, Using a way to manipulate the Blizzard as a weapon and a shield against travelers and Bandits.

Though a century and a half later (he is immune to age due to his bloodline) he heard the cries for help from a young zoroark, even though he vowed to keep himself hidden he picked up a sword he had Crafted and donned his Clothes and set off to find the voice in need. With a mighty roar he came from the blizzard and cut down the humans who where hunting the female. As the killing ended he found the youngling, who could be no more than 6 years old, he reassured her that she was safe from the hunters. She told Sol that her name was Vatra and thanked him for helping her, She gave him a Garnet that was her prized jewel and ran off again. Sol held onto Garnet for many decades as a Token of never forgetting.
