Commission: Meet Mayor Bret "The Wild Wolf" Hogan
The winner of the vote for my next character design by a fucking LANDSLIDE, this picture is brought to you by

Bret Hogan is the grandson of Riverport founder Randy Hogan, and its' current mayor. While many look at him and don't expect someone of his size and age (he isn't even in his 40s yet) to be good mayor material, Bret is actually incredibly well-read and intelligent, not to mention he's friendly and generous. He does his best to keep Riverport running smoothly and as free of crime as he can. Hell, he even gets his hands dirty dealing with crime lords on the rare occasion they DO try to take nest in the island city.
Of course, said crime lords often forget that despite his kindness, Bret is also the current champion of the Riverport Wrestling Federation. And unlike most other pro-wrestling circuits shown of TV, the RWF's fights are very much real. Bret, known in the ring as "The Wild Wolf" is no slouch when it comes to wrestling, having won numerous bouts and held the championship belt for years. He's went on record that fighting the criminals he has taken down in his career has been great practice to keep himself in top fighting shape for the RWF circuit. Yeah. the members of the RWF are so tough, Bret fights criminals as PRACTICE.
Either way, Bret Hogan is a great guy who runs his city with kindness, generosity and the occasional criminal ass-whoopin'. And let's face it, would YOU want anyone but the toughest running your city?
Bret Hogan (outside the ring): Hello, everyone, sorry if I'm running late, my assistants needed some help going over the criminal defense budget. Now, was this meeting for the "Solve World Hunger" motion or the "Kill Cancer Forever" motion? *takes a seat, smiling*
Bret Hogan (inside the ring): *strutting around the ring* OH YEAH~! Who's ready to see the Wild Wolf bare his fangs against that high and mighty kumamimi they call the Iron Savage?! CAN I GET A HELL YEAH~?! *grins as the crowd cheers*
