Ever just be strolling along and felt that something was suddenly very very different, but you couldn't put your finger on it? I have pondered this from time to time. The realistic explanation is that it's simply a quirk of one's normal brain activity, at worst a mental hiccup. Less likely but infinitely more interesting is the idea that something in the universe changed, but you're not supposed to have noticed the change.
And then you keep on walking the beach, waving off the sensation as nothing, secure in the fact that you totally have been a female the whole time...

I like the concept of someone changing and not being able to the changes. It remind of this pic.
I like to see the idea of the person being transformed completely unaware of the changes and just imagine person with big boobs and/or a hyper penis and balls and going through everyday life wearing clothes and underwears that is too small and ever knowing about even if someone tries tells that person that the clothing that s/he is wearing that it is too small for he/r's body and just won't be even be able to knowledge it by a magic curse or something. It'd certainly make hot tubbing and flag football pretty weird.
