Caddy never made a UTE but this might have been what they would have looked like. After a few comments it seems to be what they called a funeral flower car.

Actually this was available from Cadillac thru a coachbuilder. It was a funeral flower car. You would have ordered it thru cadillac as a cab chassis kind of deal. The frame would have left the factory with only the front clip, doors, dash and seat. It was then sent to the coachbuilder for the body. Thiswas the same for the hearse and ambulance
