She is about 600 years old (give or take a decade, but clearly seems to act like a 19-20 year-old). The number of tails that a kitsune has is an indication of how old they are. A fully mature 9-tail is 1000 years old, Byakkohime only has 5 tails, so she still has a lot of "growing up" to do. (In more ways than one.)
