I am trying to get the hang of it and what not, so I decided to draw..Doctor Whooves..and his new.."Sparkle" coloring...
this is my thought on how he would react to this..I know I did when I saw it in the stores...

Yeah, if you haven't noticed any of the rainbow items / keys than you'd not understand the plot twist that's going to happen.

I do like the mane and tail stripes, makes him seem older and more like the current Dr. The leg marks though, wtf were they thinking.

I like the stripes and might add that into future drawings. But, no no on the leg stripes..makes no sense
