Unless 'taurs are a common thing in this particular world, most vehicle seats and indoor furniture probably isn't designed with their physiology in mind...

Worth it. Then I could go around and make complaints that places don't accommodate my special needs.

More importantly, how do you fit in the shower? I can barely fit in them, and I'm just 6'3", imagine being 11'4" and 250% your normal body weight - you'd smell like a sewer after a bit of a time.
And how do you sleep with all beds either too short or spinebreaking... or being unable to masturbate or relieve an itch anywhere south of your waist without rubbing yourself on something... or trying to take in three times the food with only a normal-sized mouth... yeah, it has its disadvantages.
