this one again shows trouble with humanoid faces. You might think about doing some practice sheets or something I suppose.
On the right the lips almost look duckface, like the corners of the mouth are flat yet a very pronounced bulge toward the middle.
On the left the shadows hint at a bit too much curl..
On both of them I feel like the necks might be a bit too narrow and undefined, the one on the right hints at tendons in the neck, making a hollow in the front... but the other one is just pretty much a smooth tube.. might focus on neck contours a bit as well.
