I'm working on improving my lighting by drawing pictures with more dramatic light sources. This fits in very well with my love for Chiaroscuro and what better place to find great lighting sources than movie stills?

A few people have asked about my work process so I figured I would post a step by step.

Laying out the base colors and where some more extreme lighting will show, such as the pools of black and the white from the highlights. I also put in the background colors for some light later on. I'll work on the background in the next step.
