Bred originally from the Rock Dove, the Feral Pigeon has come to inhabit almost all major metropolitan areas of the world. They are either considered ‘rats with wings’ or a friendly, fun-to-feed inhabitant of park squares. Despite all these, numerous measures are taken in urban places to shoo off the Feral Pigeon from roosting - and thus pooping - on buildings.
