He's full of energy. Happy, silly, sometimes a little obnoxious in his positivity. He loves people and nature (but mostly people), and tries to get along with everyone. Some people find him slightly overbearing due to all of his energy and playfulness, but he doesn't mind people not liking him, he just thinks it's sad for them. He may have a bit of an ego problem, but he's not too proud to apologize and make things right if he crosses a line with someone, and will throw whatever he's doing out the window to help a friend who needs him.
He's a bright, happy, colorful person who brings joy to the people he's close to... and headaches to the people he's not.
