Hmmm, ditch the nostril and one of the lip piercings and I think you'd look "elegantly bad ass".
The piercing on the bridge of the nose actually has the same effect of a well placed beauty mark, which looks awesome. ^..^
With the gages I would get a pair that had a blue crystal that dangled in the center, solid jeweled gages, or solid orange ones, since orange and blue are complementary colors and would make each other really pop. ^..^
LOVE the hair, the light make-up, and you're eyes are absolutely BEAUTIFULL! They really pop with that blue hair color. ^..^

Yeah, I would have suggested powder pink gages, but paired with the blue hair and the way it's cut it would have looked like if Pink and Katie Perry had a baby together, haha..... wait..... that would actually be kinda cool now I think about it. 8D
