THIS ISN'T HOW POKEMON WORKS

The coloring looks really amazing. Maybe it's the way you outlined it combined with the background, but it really doesn't look like flat colors. I can never get colors of such nice shades.

Why thank ya! I was gonna go for cel shading, but I thought it would end up detracting from the look as a whole. Less is more, sometimes.
