Actually, It's not even Asperger's (there is no "b" in it, FYI) that's causing that: there is no "sarcasm" text that gives that kind of audio-based cues that tell you when you're exaggerating certain words UNLESS you caps lock ON THE WORDS you want EMPHASIS on.

But truthfully, I never have the google safe search off. Google insists on spamming you with cookies or making you log in to turn it off, so I don't use their service.
