This was a little sketch I did offhandedly a few days ago that I keep coming back to. Since it's small, it might be worth finishing in acrylic. I'm at least giving it a thought.
Puquanah applying traditional war paint to Ransom, before a battle. I'm not saying this might eventually happen, but. . . it'd be pretty cool if it did, right?

He's an Arctic Fox....and this picture will remove all doubt http://www.furaffinity.net/view/12693951/
Would be interresting to see for which event the white fox shaman would return to his roots to give the one he loves the blessing of the spirits for an upcoming war.
So far there might only be one posibility and that is when Ransom walks out to confront the wraith lion at last but even that I think might not be enough for that 'thick-headed' Fox to go against his believes.

On one hand, Puck, being blind, might be a unusual choice for applying warpaint; on the other hand he as to have some anatomical knowledge to be a healer and patch someone up. Also, he had his paws over Ransom often enough to map him out, I imagine Wonderful drawing as always. Love how stark the red stands out on the B&W!
