first of all thanks so much to 
Coffee Cat she is amazing you should really go check her out she did the original line art for this and allowed me to go and change a few things and color it so it would fit frost ^-^ for free! so thanks soo much you're awesome!
now explaining! this a another ref for frost because i loved how she got the angel dragon look so perfectly so i decided to do an info sheet so you all can know a little more about frost :) the only thing about this is the colors aren't quite right i just couldn't get it so when doing art for him please refer to the colors on the other ref sheet done by Sockune found here http://www.furaffinity.net/view/12751594/ ^-^
