OK, so this is the first part of my trade with supersaiyancrash on DA of Fox and Krystal spending some quality time together.
It may not be Krystal's dream vacation, but she's not gonna complain with her favourite vulpine alongside her (besides, Fox is likely saving the best for later:) ).
Anyway, the next parts will be coming along.

You're forgetting about when Fox first sees Krystal, when they first meet after her being freed (they look into each other's eyes for a moment), when she arrives to thank him at the end of Adventures, twice in Assault where she realises the mission could be too dangerous and thus demands to come with him/asks him to be careful, prior to the Sauria mission when she's delighted they do finally have a mission together, during Panther's attempt to hit on her on Corneria she basically tells him she's not interested ("You wanna ride on my wing Krystal" "As long as I'm covering Fox" "Peh! OK fine"), she glances over at him with concern just before they leave for the Aparoid home world, and a few of the times Fox saves her from enemy fire lean in that direction as well ("Are you alright Krystal?" "Mmhhmm, thanks for asking Fox").
There's also a few optional conversations that can be triggered by how long you've been playing, or by accompanying and assisting her during the missions where they're both on foot.
And yeah, Command, but that was basically all melodrama.

True, but it feels incomplete NOT to count it as another moment.
And oh yeah, very. Especially when one considers that, logically, following through with any of those endings would effectively mean both Fox and Krystal would end up being miserable (or at the very least, never completely happy) for the rest of their lives.

Eh, that's OK. It doesn't really get much better even if you have played it so I really wouldn't worry (seriously, at one point Krystal even defends Andross and essentially says "Y'know he was forced into being evil?", which is BULLSHIT).
Though some of the endings actually seem like they were intended to be compatible or go together even. Though the "bad" endings would all follow the same path if one really thinks about it; i.e. Krystal became Kursed because she couldn't handle the guilt or the scorn of the people for joining Star Wolf... which would really happen in all of the endings where she joins them, since trying to reform or not they are wanted criminals for a REASON.

The entire game felt like that at times.
Krystal would have never associated with StarWolf in the first place. Think about it, what is the earliest part of her personality established? That she responded to the distress call from Sauria whilst in the middle of attempting to find out more on the destruction of her home/death of her parents. She put her own personal mission aside to help others.
Does that sound like someone who would go on to join StarWolf? Guys who are only out for themselves? No. And Frankly it feels like the guys who made Command never bothered to play the rest of the games at times. The Andross bit is made even worse when one considers he was strongly implied to be the one who destroyed Krystal's home planet. So they had her defending the guy who caused the genocide of her race? Yeah, nice job writers...

Yeah...sometimes game writing as a whole is shoddy and screwed up. I only ever watched the endings of the game to see what was their and I HATED what I saw aside from the James McCloud offspring bit. And no it doesn't sound like her at all, Krystal is one of the purest and selfless people in the StarFox universe.
I really hope that in a future game we finally get to find out about her home planet and she gets the closure she deserves.
