i can cut and weld in that little bit of frame from behind the air bag sensor forward.. or heat up and pull out *murr* the metal.

the thin sheet metal isnt a problem.. its the 1/8th inch this frame flange and bumper mount. 5 ton ram didnt budge it

well good luck on the repairs, my car suffered roughly the same thing before it fell in my hands, as long as the frame isnt screwed up past any components of the front suspention. If it is..well, I wouldn't trust it :I

it like 4 inch piece of frame that's getting replaced.. from the front bumper mount back.. the airbag sensor will hide the weld
