I just listened to it with full volume on my computer, and yes, I can faintly hear some sounds, but barely.
Really, the static is distracting and much of it sounds more like a dog (or wolf) just sniffing the mic.
If you want some advice for sounds, ask my friend laura_the_meerkat, she recently did a POV vore audio, it's up in her gallery, and it was pretty well done for a first time.
