You can have the massive tongue, though he's a bit shy about eating people since despite this picture he's...not so good at the whole pred thing. He'll happily let you into his maw though...although it IS pretty slippery in there, it'd be a shame if you slipped on the tongue towards the throat...
Nah nose vore actually isn't that weird at all (by vore standards anyway haha), as for ear vore? Yeeeeaaah that's a bit odd, where would you even end up going? Don't think I'll be drawing that. There is much weirder out there, like foot vore. Just...HAHAHAHAHAHA.
