Vanguard's mechanics are different, and a game of Buddyfight can potentially take about 2 minutes from start to completion. Vanguard's got much more variety for the time being, regarding decks/aesthetics...
the only real similarities they have are the company that makes them, the fact that they all Stand/Rest to do attacks, and the art is quite similar in some cards.
