That yearly anniversary of the day I was born has come 'round' once again, and my friend 
luprand was kind enough to provide me with an image for the top of my cake. Unlike the pic last year, this time I just let him draw whatever he wanted -- though I drew the line at cross-dressing. (I'm silly that way. :-D ) Here I am, then, in true sybaritic glory atop the Roman numerals for my new age as of today: 44!
Oh, the title? I take no credit. Luprand gave it the Latin title, "In Wandering Truth".
(Trivia: "Sybaritic" refers to the stereotypical nature of the citizens of Sybaris, a Greek city in southern Italy. Lying between two rivers, with acres of fertile wetlands surrounding the area, Sybaris was known for its opulent luxury -- until they threw out the richest citizens and were promptly conquered by neighboring cities.)
