According to Johnny Rotten she was a punk fan who was originally from Birmingham, who'd been in some sort of sanitarium, and who had a series of abortions. I'm not entirely sure of any D&D context beyond my listening to the Sex Pistols to blot out the same smooth jazz track on repeat for over 2 hours at the coffee shop.
