Nyotaimori: often referred to as "body sushi", is the Japanese practice of serving sashimi or sushi from the naked body of a woman.

I agree. Those people are amazing. I'd love to see this in person, just to take it all in. Experiences are so much fun, and I think I'd get a lot of artistic fun out of just sitting there and watching how they go about doing this style of food stuffs.
And I agree. I mean, the food is a huge plus, cause I'm a fat kid, and I love me some food. But the overall piece just has this very intimate nature that I quite enjoy doing. Nothing overtly sexual. Just something fun :p

Agreed. Doing something like this here in the U.S. takes massive nerves of steel and being extremely comfortable with yourself. That's why I personally could neeeever do something like this! XD Food would get lost in the folds XD

For being the size that I am, I'm not horribly unhealthy, or at least I'd like to think so. Though doing commissions and not really going outside much may have brought a downward spiral to that... But pfffft.... social interaction. Bah!!!!

Very nicely designed and arranged! And personally, I think the slight asymmetries play into that. It helps to draw the eye gradually along the picture.
Though I'll admit, a part of me finds it a little amusing that she's got a vegetarian sushi platter laid out on her... and she's a carnivore species. Leaves me wondering if there's some sort of a reason behind that. :)
